An early and productive pickling type cucumber that grows on a bushy plant…
45 day. Open Pollinated. Bush Pickle does not vine much, so it is well suited for containers and small gardens. Grows in a 24″ to 30″ bush, although it need some type of support to keep the fruits off the ground Even so, it is very productive. The fruits are light green, cylindrical, and best picked when 5″ long and are just delicious fresh at this stage. Also an excellent canning type. Tolerant to scab and cmv.
Within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will e-mail you with a shipping date that we choose based on your last frost date. You are welcome to change the shipping date. Just respond to the e-mail and tell us when you want your plants. Our first shipping date is late March, weather permitting. We will not have plants available before then.
Our plants are sustainably raised in our own potting mix. We use only organic fertilizers and sprays if needed. We have been growing and selling plants since 1997.
Our plants are shipped in individual 3″ deep pots. They are ready to be planted out in your garden.
We package our plants with extreme care so they arrive undamaged at your doorstep. Each plant is tucked into its own padded sleeve. The soil in each pot is covered so it will not spill out. A plant tag identifying the variety is included with each plant.

I wanted to wait a few weeks to review this one, it was just a little limp when it first got here and I wanted to be sure it recovered. I can’t even believe I worried about it now, it’s 4 times the size it was when I got it and it’s looking gorgeous and sturdy. Time and time again, Lazy Ox delivers quality plants. I love them so much I’ve ordered from their farm on multiple platforms!
10/10, will absolutely be ordering again next season.

Exceeding my expectations! =:-D Same for all of the plants I ordered! I ordered pretty late in the season, but even so, the plant was *very* healthy, the packaging was SUPER and helped the plant survive being put into the HOT ((I'm near Houston, TX, so when I say hot, I mean it, LOL!)) metal neighborhood-mailbox by the post office <!!!>, but they all handled the stress like champs and took off like crazy! The Cuke plants are *covered* with flowers even though I have them under the porch overhang ((I don't move too well so still getting the Big Pots ready)). The eggplant might be getting buds – I haven't checked today yet. The Basil is beautiful!
– I guess it's pretty obvious that I'm satisfied with my order, Heh! But seriously, these are the best plants I've ever ordered =:-D

Healthy happy plants shipped per last freeze date, with an option to edit if desired. Awesome packaging! I order a lot of plants online and this is the best I've seen, and easiest to unpack! Tip, order 12 plants to fill the whole box. Thank you!

Arriver when expected.
They were extremely Wilted on arrival.
I added water but I don't think the basil or tomatillos are going to survive.
Would love to post a photo of what arrived well verse not but I don't see the option.

Unfortunately didn't make it past day 2 in the ground. Planted the day after it arrived. Disappointed – but these things happen!
