This little pink/red cherry tomato will blow your tastes buds away! Triple trusses of 7/8" fruits cover the plant all season long. The flavor is just outstanding - maybe even better than Sungold! With an average brix (sugar count) of 13, and a well balanced acid undertone, these bountiful little beauties taste like a fine wine. Thin skinned, but also somewhat crack resistant. Indeterminate. Sweet Pea is a currant tomato that produces the tiniest tomatoes we have ever seen - 1/4" ruby red jewels loaded with that rich, sweet currant flavor that explodes on your tongue. The plant is super productive so you will have plenty for snacking and salads. Plants are large and wispy, but we do recommend for containers, especially hanging baskets, because of it's trailing habit. Currant tomatoes are closer to their wild heritage, and so are very vigorous, hardy, and flavorful. Pretty much nothing stops them from growing and producing all summer long.
