All of our products will require you to choose from a list of options when you add them to your shopping cart. These options will ask you which week you want us to ship each product to you. If you choose more than one week, you will need to order $35 minimum for each week to avoid shipping charges for each week.

Our plants are produced by us in our greenhouses using an organic soil mix. We pull orders and ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays so your plants arrive via UPS before the weekend.

We include directions on how to care for your plants with every order. The boxes are then weighed and  labeled. All of the materials we use are either recyclable or already recycled, including the pots and bubble wrap, which are both made from recycled plastic.

If paying by check, please proceed through checkout and check the box that says “Pay by check/money order.”  We will hold your order for up to 10 days pending receipt of your check. Your plants are not reserved until the check arrives here.

We accept major credit cards and bank cards through PayPal and Stripe. You do not need a PayPal account. We also accept checks and money orders.

No, we don’t have a minimum, but please note that you will receive free shipping when you order at least $35 worth of plants for each shipping week that you choose.

We guarantee that your plants will arrive in good condition and be true to type. If you have any problem with your order, PLEASE let us know! You can e-mail us at service@lazyoxfarm.com or call us at (970) 765-5275. We cannot make it right if we don’t know about it. We will replace, refund, or issue a credit, whichever you prefer. Remember that our e-mails to you might end up in your junk mail file. If you have corresponded with us and have not heard back within 2 days, please check your junk mail or call us.
